All interior plumbing is covered by a 1-year contractor’s warranty
All pumps are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty
What is not covered:
Damage from aerators, dethatchers, or other yard equipment
Damage from snow clearing operations, either by homeowner or contractor
Damage from excavation, by homeowner, contractors or municipality
Damage from poor water conditions such as hard water, excessive iron, poor water pressure and/or volume changes
Damage from lightning strikes/electrical surges
Damage as a result of water being introduced into system after winterization or prior to scheduled startup
Damage caused by unseasonable freezing temperatures
Damage from general neglect
Batteries in timers and sensors are not warranty items
Damage to underground non-public utilities NOT identified by the property owner. This would include underground piping, gas lines, wiring, electrical service, septic tanks and septic fields
Any foundation damage from flooding
Water bills under any circumstances
Any septic system if it was not clearly marked prior to our installation
Any parts installed outside property borders, if property lines were not clearly indicated at the time of installation.
Any trees, plant material, mature grass, new sod under any circumstances
Paving stone, patio, or sidewalk block replacement that may have been performed by us as part of an initial installation
Coverage issues due to plant growth / landscape changes or changes in grade or elevation
Coverage issues or sprinkler damage due to changes in grade or elevation as a result of soil settling or addition
Superb Sprinkler Service does not warrant pipe depth, under any circumstances
Superb Sprinkler Service does not warrant or reimburse for repairs or service done by another irrigation contractor / landscaper / homeowner
